岗位职责：主要负责养老题材宣传片，纪录片等影视制作，统筹及宣

传工作

Job Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for the production, co-ordination and promotion work for of elderly-related promotional videos and documentaries.

任职要求：影视行业出身，有丰富的影视制作经验，熟悉影视制作流程，对拍摄艺术有自己独到的理解；具备人事管理及业务管理能力；具有深入调查能力，为人踏实稳定；热爱老年事业，致力于养老事业宣传管理。有演艺资源者优先。欢迎离退休老同志加入。国籍和性别不限。

Job Requirements: Major in or experienced in the film production industry, has rich experience and familiar with the film production process, has a unique understanding of the art of photography; has both  people management and business management abilities; has in-depth investigation capabilities; stable; loves and willing to devoted to the elderly career. Those with performing arts resources are preferred. Welcome retired veterans to join. Both nationality and gender are not limited.

年龄要求：50岁左右，离退休经验丰富者优先

Age Requirement：About 50; Retired Veterans and Experienced are preferred.

经验要求：八年以上

Experience Requirement: more than 8 years

薪资：面议

Salary：Negotiable
