杂志简介：《养老院长》杂志的创建，是为了1.记录中国国际养老院长协会各时期开展和完成的各项工作； 2. 宣传，展示一线院长风貌，以及养老院取得的成功经验和丰硕成果； 3.创立，塑造养老院长协会文化和品牌； 4.成为学习知识，探索规律，推广经验，促进合作的园地，成为相互交流，支持，共享和发展的平台。

Brief Introduction of the Magazine: The magazine "Director of Nursing Home" was created to 1. Document the work carried out and completed by the China International Association of President of Nursing Homes in each period; 2. Publicize and show the appearance of front-line Presidents of Nursing Homes, the successful stories and fruitful results; 3. Establish and shape the culture and brand of the Association; 4. Create a place to learn elderly care knowledge, sharing experience, promote cooperation, and provide a platform for communication, support, sharing and development.

杂志风格：弘扬孝道，传递爱心，为社会分忧，传播正能量。内容丰富生动，形式图文并茂，贴近实际工作，现实生活，重服务，接地气。

Magazine Style: Promote filial piety, convey love, share concerns for society, and spread positive energy. The magazine content is rich and vivid, and the forms are well illustrated. It is close to actual daily life, actual work and service-oriented.
